Both companies have recognized that as a result of the economic downturn, there are many available upstream assets, thus creating opportunities for investment. Our investment strategy is to assemble a portfolio of non-operated Oil & Gas production assets with significant upside potential and where the operator is a high quality international or independent Oil and Gas company.
